We arrived on a day when the spa was open until 5:00 PM and in fact it closed at 3:00 PM due to the war and lack of manpower, as we were told (and during a ceasefire). We were told that a message was sent to update us about this and this did not happen and in fact we paid money and did not receive the entire package.

In one word, wow! The spa looks exactly like the pictures, the rooms are diverse and cater to everyone, and there is obvious investment in all the details down to the design level. The showers are excellent, especially the rain shower. The buffet that runs all day is varied, changing, and very tasty, and the coffee and soft drink taps scattered throughout the spa add a lot to the experience. The massages are excellent, and the meat meal at the end of the day perfectly rounds off the excellent experience! My husband is in the reserves and I was looking for a place to pamper myself properly, and you completely provided the experience I wanted! Thank you so much!

1) They took 6 minutes off the treatment time, meaning the therapists entered the room 2 minutes after the time and finished the massage 4 minutes before the time, and this after it was written that we paid for a 45-minute treatment. 6 minutes is a lot of time that could have been spent doing a massage!

The truth is that the massage was the least good of the entire pampering day at the spa. I have had massages in my life in all sorts of places in Israel and around the world, and I will gently say that it was an unprofessional massage. My husband and I waited for the massage to end. The masseuse rubbed the oil on my body and mainly stretched and puffed up my body, all with one hand because she was busy with something else. My husband was also not happy with the massage because it was not professional at all. Other than that, the service and the complex are perfect, but we were really disappointed.
