Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I asked for a girl to do reflexology for me, and in the end they brought a man who did it for me. I didn't like telling him that I preferred a girl and that my husband heard about it. He was very angry, and I told my husband that I felt uncomfortable. It's a shame. I had a reason for asking for a girl because it just caused anger between me and my husband.

Why call the waiting room a cinema?! There's only an aquarium and no screen/tablet works. After I went in for the massage, the masseuse was not nice and didn't talk to me or tell me her name... feeling tired. After the massage, while I was getting ready, the masseuse opened the door for me to hurry me out... Before I left the room, I washed my hands and wiped them with a "towel" that was there. Which turned out to be the masseuse's shirt. She approached me in the middle of the buffet in front of all the people and asked "What did you do to my shirt...?" An embarrassing and really unpleasant situation, especially since I wasn't given the option to explain... I think that if the place is so fancy and you pay accordingly, at least the service provided should be accordingly.
