Overall a very nice place. 2 buts - one big and one small: 1. We intentionally chose a place with Turkish bath and that was also detailed in the reservation. When we arrived, the bath did not work. We were not informed either when booking or when arriving at the spa. In my opinion, it is not at all relevant not to update such a detail. 2. The lunch hours are not updated. In the reservation we were told that it was until 3 pm but in reality it was until 2:30 pm. Significant in terms of time management on a fun day

We really enjoyed the complex, it has a beautiful, very clean, pleasant and inviting atmosphere. I was disappointed that in the room with the massage bed, in my opinion, in water and with balls, some guests chose not to use the devices for more than 15 minutes, and so I did not get to enjoy this room. I returned several times to check and confirm that the person was on the device. You need to think about how to make the stay worthwhile. In conclusion, the price is high in my opinion for what you get. In the pictures and videos, it looks more fun. Thank you

It was really fun, just a few things I needed to improve. The buffet was really tasty and varied, but it lacked beer. Secondly, the massage room with the massage bed is always busy because people sit for hours on their cell phones... You need to put up a sign to enter without a cell phone so that everyone can enjoy the service.

It was very disappointing, even quite embarrassing. I got a rude masseuse who didn't seem to have anything like that, who said I was draining her energy and that I asked her. If she wanted me to leave, she said I could leave. It was just a shame. And my whole day was ruined.

The place is beautiful, we are not satisfied with the view, the waterfalls and the pools, the jacuzzi is clean and luxurious, the saunas were very nice and there was no pressure, everyone came in whenever they wanted and there was freedom, everything. The girls at the spa were very nice and made me and my wife feel welcome and we enjoyed it. My wife had a birthday and she came and enjoyed it. The restaurant company was also very nice and asked every time if there was anything missing. I especially want to compliment Almog, the girl who was very concerned and every time she checked that everything was fine and that nothing was missing. I would be happy to come again and would be happy to bring friends. P.S. My wife also posted for you on Facebook and it is a good experience.
