We arrived about half an hour before the treatment and there was no one at the reception. After about 15 minutes, the receptionist arrived and asked if we had an appointment. We said we had an appointment at 10 and from that moment on, she did not contact us or share that there was a problem. Only after we asked her about the appointment did she say there was a problem and that one of the employees was sick and they were trying to find a solution. We asked if it was possible to make coffee and we were told there was no milk, so we went out to buy some and came back. They offered us to do the treatment at 11:00 and not at 10:00. We agreed. In the remaining time, they offered us to enjoy the spa until the treatment began. She noted that the treatment I ordered also included an hour-long massage and a foot massage for another half hour. The receptionist asked several times if we wanted the foot massage as well, and I said yes, and a second time before we went down for treatment, I asked if that was a problem and she said yes, so we had to give up at the beginning of the treatment. The therapist asked how I wanted it, weak or strong. I said weak. She was not attentive. She hurt me throughout the treatment and I told her many times that it was It was painful and unpleasant and she said that the muscles were tight like that. It was an unpleasant experience at no point. She also shared that she was sick, her throat and body hurt, and that it was hard for her to breathe. The whole experience, which was supposed to be pleasant and relaxing, was the complete opposite. We came to you to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. We had a day to enjoy together. We chose your spa for this day and were disappointed with the experience. At the end of the treatment, 50 NIS was deducted from the treatment amount. We left feeling very bad. We have been to you before and really enjoyed it, so we returned. Of course, I will not come back again and I will not recommend you.

It was simply a perfect and professional massage!!!! We enjoyed the treatment and our stay at the hotel so much!!
