My partner and I arrived yesterday for a massage treatment at your place, and unfortunately the overall experience was very disappointing, both in terms of the service and the treatment itself. Right from the start of our arrival, the room was not properly prepared – there were no robes to use after the treatment, and even after we were offered to “get ready” and drink tea, we discovered that the room was not prepared for this: there were no cups available, and the cup that was there was was dirty with coffee residue. In addition, we asked to take a shower after the treatment to remove the oil from our bodies, but the shower was broken and could not be used. The most problematic part for us was at the end of the treatment: while we were getting ready, the therapist repeatedly knocked on the door loudly, and even tried to enter the room several times while we were still naked and getting dressed. It is important to note that all of this occurred before 6:00 PM, meaning there was no reason for pressure on your part to let in additional patients immediately. The feeling created was very unpleasant and even stressful, and completely detracted from what was supposed to be a calm and pleasant ending. Unfortunately, the quality of the treatment itself did not meet expectations either – to me it felt unprofessional, with movements that were sometimes jerky or like pinching, and not the relaxing massage treatment we expected to receive. We came to you following a warm recommendation, but unfortunately our experience was completely different, leaving a feeling of disappointment in both the service and the treatment. I am giving 2 stars out of consideration, but it is important for me to honestly reflect that the overall experience was very disappointing.
