Hi, the massage was perfect. There is no bad word to say. The masseuses were lovely. I asked for a fruit platter instead of a cheese platter. When I got there, I got a cheese platter. The platter was relatively old. The crackers were dry, the grapes were tasteless, and the cheeses didn't look fresh. The jacuzzi had frozen water and we wasted 5 minutes of our time draining the water and putting in hot water. Other than that, the rest of the place and the employees were fine!

The hot stone treatment was amazing, really great. You can see that you thought about the little things. I liked the head and face treatment less. The treatment itself was pleasant, but the water jet was barely on the head. Most of the treatment was on the neck, and it was not pleasant, even weighing on the neck. Both my mother and I felt that there was very little time for the water jet in the hair itself. Overall, the experience was excellent. Both treatments were excellent, and the masseuses themselves were amazing.
