Unfortunately, my hotel experience was one of the most difficult and disappointing I have ever had during a vacation. The staff's conduct was characterized by a considerable lack of patience, to say the least, in a manner that is not in keeping with the standard of service expected from a hotel of this level. In addition, an event that had been arranged in advance (a massage) was canceled at the very short notice of only half an hour, which caused great inconvenience and harmed the stay. The worst of all occurred in the pool area, where a group of young people were staying, and at a certain point a fight broke out between two of them, which included lifting chairs and violent behavior. The incident caused me a real sense of fear and panic, following which I was forced to leave the hotel grounds immediately. It should be emphasized that police forces and security personnel were called to the scene. It is worth noting that the Milos Hotel, which was originally considered a high-quality and high-level hotel, today, unfortunately, presents a level of maintenance and service that does not meet expectations, and even resembles more of a guesthouse than a luxury hotel. For the sake of good order, I would like to point out that I brought the full details of the events to the attention of the customer service manager and the hotel reception staff.

We had a fun day at Sefer Yasmin at the Ramada Nazareth Hotel. First time, and we will definitely be back. Everything was perfect, from the first moment, a smile at the reception, an explanation of the spa and massage we booked, a massage for myself and my husband, too bad I forgot the names of the guy and girl who gave us the massage. Cleanliness, amazing smell, strong and clean sauna, jacuzzi, blessing, fun atmosphere. The truth was that there weren't many people, so that might have been the factor for this pleasure.
